Waters Edge Ranch is a newly developing 2,150 acre, gated, equestrian community in Athens, Texas. The 328 acre private lake provides for excellent fishing and water sports. Zebra and elk find homes in this community. Waters Edge allows for miles of equestrian trails and a covered riding arena for equestrian events.
